General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Emergency surcharge clause

Surcharges apply to all interventions carried out outside standard business hours, including night-time, weekend, and public holiday call-outs.

2. Travel expenses and quotes

Travel fees are payable even if the fault cannot be repaired immediately (e.g., if a part is missing for a garage door). A written estimate becomes mandatory for amounts starting from CHF 500.

3. Call-out cancellation

Any cancellation requested while the technician is already en route will result in a flat-rate cancellation fee (e.g., any cancellation less than 1 hour before intervention will be billed at CHF 80.-).

4. Right of access and liability (Safes)

For any service regarding safes, the customer must prove their identity and legitimate ownership prior to any forced opening in order to protect the company in the event of family or ownership disputes.
